Located near the beach and backwaters, we found the location of the resort breathtaking. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the greenery around the resort. the courteous staff was helpful with the activities and meals.

We found the food options to be quite expensive, and we wished for more variety and value for money.

The services and facilities advertised did not yet exist. A new hotel that is developing but should not indicate things are available when they are not. Room configuration was also not as requested and booked.

They even tried their best to accommodate us despite restrictions from higher up. The hotel facilities were excellent, with lots of green open space and a beautiful location by the lake. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained within the resort. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The transportation options were convenient, and parking was hassle-free. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start off the day.
